1. Description of Service
Salesy provides an AI-powered platform for sales call analysis, coaching, performance tracking, and related workflow tooling. Features may include call uploads, transcription, framework evaluation, team collaboration, analytics, and related integrations.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload or submit content that infringes any third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or related infrastructure
- Upload malicious software, harmful code, or abusive content
- Impersonate another person or entity
4. Content and Data
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to Salesy, including call recordings, transcripts, and frameworks. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, analyze, and display that content in order to provide the service.
Consent Requirements
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and consents before recording or uploading any call or participant information to the platform. You represent that you have the legal right to submit all content you provide.
5. Intellectual Property
The Salesy service, including its software, features, branding, design, and related intellectual property, is owned by Salesy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Payment Terms
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- We may update pricing with reasonable prior notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create risk for other users or our systems, or otherwise misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your use case.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salesy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the last modified date above.
